Is it the last week already??

So we're now counting down the days to our littlest one's arrival and even though this is our fourth time welcoming a new baby, the excitement level is just as high as when we were expecting our first.

I'll have to admit, age does make a difference as I experience more challenges and discomfort this time round as compared to when I was expecting my firstborn 10 years ago. Insomnia, varicose veins, back pain and cramps are just a few to name, but the pubic symphysis disorder really bothers me as it affects my day to day movements and workouts.

Thank goodness there are several products out there that actually work and can bring about relief to some of these discomforts that I'm experiencing. I've had varicose veins showing up since I had my second baby and they've only worsened with each subsequent pregnancy. Even though they do diminish somewhat after delivery, it doesn't fade away entirely.
Two months ago I came across remescar, a cream applied topically over affected areas and I was amazed by how well it works!

Hopefully with continued use of this cream, whatever visible spider veins that are still clinging on to my legs will disappear from the face of the earth for good after I deliver!

For now, I'm making a conscious effort to get enough rest and hit the hay earlier, consume enough water to help with the cramps and appreciate this last week of my pregnancy, carrying and growing a precious bundle inside me.

Exactly four more months to go!

How apt for my blog that in four months time I will be meeting my fourth little girl in person and as I progress through this pregnancy its still hard slowing down given my nature of always being on the ball. So my commitment since spending some time at the beach early this morning reflecting is to make time to meditate each day. Its so important to make time for what matters each day and yet more often than not we fail to do that and in that process only building up regret and disappointment.

Resolutions don't necessarily have to happen once a year but as as when we discover something new about ourselves, learn something new or see things a different way.
And clearing our mind of clutter through meditation can help us realise what really matters and make meaningful resolutions and commitments.

This was where I chose to spend time by myself reflecting early this morning and I could literally feel my spirit growing just being in nature and watching the sunrise.
